CE Stars is excited to announce our debut in Cincinnati for the 2025 season! We’re thrilled to bring top-notch volleyball training and competition to the Queen City. Our commitment to developing players and supporting families means you can expect a season filled with growth, teamwork, and unforgettable experiences. We can’t wait for players and families to join our journey as we make our mark in Cincinnati!
Tryouts
This season, we are looking to welcome players from ages 11 – 16. Please see the information below for the upcoming October tryouts.
Location: Nothin’ But Net Sports Facility – 4343 Mt Carmel Tobasco Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45244
Fee: $35
12 & Under:
October 18: Open Gym 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
October 19: Tryouts 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
October 20: Tryouts 12:00 – 2:00 p.m.
13 & 14:
October 25: Open Gym 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
October 26: Tryouts 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
October 27: Tryouts 12:00 – 2:00 p.m.
15 & 16:
We have already pulled together the majority of our 15/16 team. We do still have some spots available; if interested please email us at cincy.vb@cestars.com to schedule a private tryout as spots remain.

PAYMENT, REFUNDS, CREDIT
Following payment of a deposit to secure your player’s spot on their team, the remainder of your tuition will be due and payable to CE Stars Volleyball, in equal installments, according to the schedule selected upon at the time of deposit.
DEPOSIT: A player/family must pay a deposit to reserve a roster spot on a team with CE Stars Volleyball. Once a player/family has paid their deposit, signed their contract and reserved their roster spot on a team, the player/family has agreed to and is responsible to pay their full season tuition. The deposit and all additional tuition payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Financial limitations should never be a reason an athlete is unable to partake in a sport they’re interested in. We will offer multiple options to help player’s earn money toward their seasonal fees. Participation in Fundraisers and Work Opportunities is on an individual basis and is not required, but it is another way to earn credit toward paying your athlete’s fees. We will also have payment plan options open to all and scholarships available as well for qualified athletes.

LATE PAYMENTS: The player/family will be held liable for any costs associated with the collection of unpaid fees.
INJURY/ILLNESS/POLICY VIOLATIONS: If a player is unable to participate during the season due to injury, illness, violation of CE Stars Volleyball policies or relocation, it is up to the director’s discretion if the player/family is still responsible to pay their full season tuition.
LEAVING THE TEAM: If a player decides to end her participation with CE Stars Volleyball at any point in the season, the player/family is still responsible to pay their full season tuition. The deposit and additional tuition are non-refundable.
